What is Venture Dorm?
Venture Dorm is a pre-accelerator program that will help you take your business, product or service from idea to market validation in as little as 8 weeks. It is a hands-on, immersive experience that’s perfect for all kinds of founders – including those who have a day job or are studying.
Venture Dorm is delivered in person at Flinders New Venture Institute at Flinders at Tonsley, with the option of joining in online via Microsoft Teams if necessary.

Program Outcomes
Upon graduation from Venture Dorm, you will have:
- Defined your idea and developed a viable, sustainable business model
- An understanding of the Lean Startup principles
- Conducted customer development and validation
- Created and learned how to use a Purpose to Impact Canvas
- Created and pitched your business, service or product to experienced mentors
