How to get (or keep) the edge

February 5, 2016 @ 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Do you want to keep that momentum you’ve got from the start of the year going? Things are rolling along brilliantly, your totally motivated, your ideas are coming into fruition, you only wished you could keep this pace up for the rest of the year!

I am sure you have all heard about taking time out to work ON the business, not just IN the business to get ahead, do things differently, disrupt systems that are not working. In this session you will learn how to work ON your mind, not IN your mind for a little while.

We spend so much time organising our filing, our communications, and our actioning of all the things we need to do, we rarely spend enough attention on the thing that that makes all the decision and actions happen. Our Brains or Mind!

Research shows that we can control our thoughts. But how do we do it? And How can we apply it to OUR own lives?

During this “Feed Your Brain’ Session you will learn a technique (done in two ways) that will allow you to literally Feed Your Own Brains, that will give you a boost to stay on track, extend your clarity and abilities, get you more switched on, and keep your momentum!

This session is presented by Helen T Carmichael, the founder of TLC Creations and the Social Scientist behind the 30 Day Wellbeing Challenges and TLC Creations AUS Limited Collaborative Funding Foundation (both in development). Helen comes with a wealth of experience in the personal and community development field, coaching, and project management, and has over 30 years involvement in leadership roles in various local community projects, sporting organisations and universities.

Her passion lies in increasing positivity, happiness, well-being & resilience in people’s lives through utilising creative and innovative ways to educate, empower, develop and grow. With the underlying goal of creating and promoting community and citizenship. Helen brings science to self-development in ways that make it easy to use and be applicable to YOUR own life and circumstances.
