FREE Feed Your Brain: Meditation for Entrepreneurs

Being an entrepreneur can be exhilarating, liberating and unbelievably rewarding. It can also be incredibly stressful, tumultuous and exhausting. Sometimes, it’s all of these things in one day! Although a fast-paced environment and hard-working attitudes lead entrepreneurs to success over time, they can also be the very things that lead to burnout!

Meditation is a way of achieving a state of balance – from this state you can skilfully make better decisions and feel better in the process!

In the world of corporate leadership development, meditation is now dolled out in generous doses and has been enthusiatically embraced by entrepreneurs in the know – many respected founders swear by their meditation practice contributing to their success.

Join us for a practical meditation workshop where we will try out a variety of short meditations (60 sec each) to find one you can use “on-the-fly”. You’ll also experience a guided meditation and leave feeling relaxed, calm and focused!

This workshop being delivered by Dana Bell, meditation teacher, coach, Venture Dorm graduate and Gold eNVIe winner. Her own experience with burnout led her to meditation and she is committed to supporting change agents to thrive.
