FREE Feed Your Brain session: Implementing circular economy: what it means for business

October 27, 2017 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Circular economy is a disruptive wave heading to our shores. Will you be ready to ride the wave?

Resident circular economy expert, Jodie Bricout, is taking time out from producing Australasia’s first circular economy conference here at Tonsley (details below) to provide an overview of the opportunities and challenges of a circular economy.

‘Circular’ approaches create opportunities for business by keeping more value in products, components and materials – designing out waste, keeping materials in use, and preserving and rebuilding natural capital.  (More details here.)

Attend this session to find out what circular economy means for both micro and massive organisations. How can circular economy approaches help you build more value into your business, and for your customers, while doing good for the environment?

Before returning to her hometown Adelaide, eNVIsion member Jodie Bricout led a range of circular economy projects, including bringing together business clusters, research institutions, universities, local authorities and government bodies as part of the [avniR] Life Cycle Platform in Northern France. She’s now the Circular Economy Manager for leading life cycle assessment business Lifecycles.

Jodie will also provide a sneak preview of the Powering the change to a circular economy conference to be held right here at Tonsley Innovation District on 15-16 November.
