Winning early customers is the most significant challenge for new companies and new initiatives, immediately followed by the next biggest challenge, re-setting the business plan or model.

Leading business development consultant, Darren Oemcke will talk about strategies to target and win early customers, how not to win customers, making sure early customers generate cash-flow, and building and borrowing credibility.

This talk has grown out of Darren’s experience in getting early sales, arguing with business partners about early sales, missing early sales and working with hundreds of companies on business starts and business growth projects in Australia and internationally. He will tell personal stories and observations of hits, misses, choices that made companies and choices that destroyed them.
